Bill Kranstover’s passion is exploring and pushing the limits of his subject and materials in a playful, organic, imaginative process.
His work is broad and varied: sculpture in resins and metal, painting in pastels and oils, mixed media of whatever seems to fit into the mix.
A lifelong back country runner, Kranstover infuses his work with the inspiration and materials he finds along the path.
Kranstover art has been featured in a KSL-TV documentary and the Salt Lake Tribune, Park Record, Lodestar Magazine, Mountain Explorer Magazine, Mountain Times, The Catalyst, Park City Magazine, City Weekly, Salt Lake Observer, and has been an active participant in the creative salon “Whos’ Art?”
Kranstover lives and works in Park City, Utah.
