ARTIST

Gwenn began her glass career in 1972 when she became aware of the special beauty of stained glass. 

Although she had been involved in various mediums of the art field for most of her life, glass captured her interest and shortly thereafter she began her studies at the renowned Pilchuck Glass School. 

It was during that time she became interested in the art of glass blowing and returned to Pilchuck for more studies.  She also has studied at Pratt Fine Arts Center.  Her uniquely delicate blown glass shells are very special and because of her love of the sea she could imagine transferring some of that beauty into her love of glass. 

Her sense of color and form come from a God-given talent she cherishes.
